Hotel Reservations:
The online registration page also has a link to the Doubletree Hotel Bethesda. The nightly rate for Saturday through Monday (August 29-31, 2009) is $165/night; the rate for Tuesday-Thursday (September 1-3, 2009) is $233/night. These rates are for both government and non-government employees. To make your reservations, dial 301-652-2000 or 1-800-222-TREE (8733). The block is under the EDRN Scientific Workshop. Abstracts for Presentations and Poster Sessions:
Invited speakers are requested to submit an abstract of their presentations. Workshop attendees (especially EDRN members) are encouraged to present posters at this Workshop. Click here for an example of the format in which presentation and poster abstracts must be submitted. Please send all abstracts to Chanda Florence at cflorenc@fhcrc.org. The deadline for submitting all abstracts is Tuesday, August 4, 2009. The posters will be displayed on an 8' x 4' posterboard (8' long, 4' high).
