The Early Detection Research Network (EDRN) will host its 14th EDRN Scientific Workshop "Unleashing the Power of Collaboration: The Future Is Here" from Tuesday-Thursday, May 20-22, 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC North/Gaithersburg Hotel (in-person only)
 
 
Meeting Registration, Hotel Rooms and Poster Abstracts
  • Meeting Registration: Registration is mandatory to attend this event. Fill out this registration form at https://forms.office.com/r/GmAcQ64dZP?origin=lprLink to register easily online. Please be complete and accurate when completing this form—especially your email address. The deadline to register is Monday, May 12, 2025.

  • Hotel Rooms: EDRN has a block of sleeping rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC North/Gaithersburg hotel. The rate for all attendees is $276/night plus taxes (Includes breakfast and lunch). The deadline to book your room is May 15, 2025 or until the room block is full.
  • CLOSED "Poster Abstracts/Posterboards: The poster session is on Wednesday, May 21st starting with lightning presentations at 10:00 am EDRN Principal Investigators must present a poster at this event and Early Career Investigators are strongly encouraged to present as are other attendees. CVCs are presenting on their biobanks. Please submit your poster abstract to the EDRN DMCC at edrndmcc@fredhutch.org by Friday, April 18, 2025.
  • Presentations: All presentations must be sent to the DMCC either by email (if under 24MB) at edrndmcc@fredhutch.org or via OneDrive the day before the scheduled presentation. Presenters have been notified via email that they have been granted access to the One Drive folder where presentations can be uploaded. Please use the latest version of PowerPoint. NCI requires that we collect all presentations from EDRN events.
